flashSEC Terms and Conditions
Effective September 30, 2026. These terms cover flashSEC by ICITIFY TECH and its product website.
Using the app
Use flashSEC on devices and files you own or have permission to manage. You are responsible for permissions, recording consent, and compliance with applicable law. Do not use the app to harm other people, damage their data, or access their information without authorization.
Your files and backups
Keep backups before changing, encrypting, repairing, quarantining, or recovering files and drives. Retain encryption passwords separately. Recovery and threat detection are not guaranteed. flashSEC is not a substitute for antivirus, independent backups, or emergency services.
Network tools
Third-party lookup and map results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. IP information cannot prove a person's identity or exact location. Third-party services have their own terms and policies.
Updates and distribution
Download software from the official product page or Microsoft Store when available. Direct installations can check for releases and offer an installer; you choose whether to download and run it. Store installations receive updates through Microsoft Store. The Microsoft Store terms and applicable license terms also apply to Store purchases or installations.
Support and limits
The app is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, recovery of every file, or prevention of every threat. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under applicable law. Contact us about problems before taking actions that could risk your data.
