Appearance and accessibility

Open Theme / Safe in the tools list, select a theme, and choose Save. Safe Mode stops background animation. The tools list scrolls and supports keyboard navigation.

Downloads and updates

Direct installations use Update Center. Microsoft Store installations use the Store's update controls. If a download fails, return to the official download section.

Before sending a report

Remove passwords, private file paths, contact details, and recordings. Keep a backup before attempting repairs.
